NeckEase
All NeckEase have a soft fleece on one
side, which allows for moist heat
penetration. The other side is a durable
material that maximizes heat retention.
 The
Large NeckEase is designed to be used around
the neck, or wider out onto the shoulder and
upper back region. It can also be worn
tightly around the neck, applying a gentle
pressure on the base of the skull. Because
of its versatility, the large is the most
popular size.
The Small NeckEase is designed to hug and
fit tight around the neck, applying gentle
pressure on the base of the skull. If you
generally get tense in this area, this is
the best size for you.
MOIST HEAT THERAPY
Heat the NeckEase in a microwave for just a
few minutes, then enjoy the penetrating
moist heat for 35 to 45 minutes. Reheat it
as often as you like. There are no electric
cords to limit your movement. Use it to
relax sore muscles - or just to warm up on a
cold night! When using it hot, place the
soft fleece side toward your skin.
COLD THERAPY
Store the NeckEase in a freezer in a ziplock
bag until it has reached the desired
temperature. It remains cold for 20 to 25
minutes and unlike conventional cold packs,
it remains pliable so it contours easily to
the body. You don't have to worry about any
leaking chemicals. When using it cold have
the fleece side away from your skin.
